Registration Open for Annual BBQ June 3

Registration is open for the Annual Seattle Carolina Club BBQ Sunday, June 3, at the University of Washington Waterfront Activities Center. The annual event contributes to the club’s scholarship fund while offering Tar Heel alumni, family and friends the opportunity to mix, mingle and enjoy memories of Chapel Hill through the taste of hickory-smoked, slow-cooked, hand-pulled pork barbecue enhanced with the tangy essence of eastern North Carolina vinegar-based sauce.
